Most of western Europe was out of our budget, and Iceland we definitely wanted to spend minimum a week in. Ireland, however, was right up our alley and on our bucketlist.
When we were planning to visit Europe, we thought about the places we wanted to visit. We had a wedding in Poland to attend, and a friend of ours from England was asking us to visit her as well. And since neither of us have been to England before, we thought that this was the perfect opportunity.
This was arguably the beginning of our new tradition: camping somewhere over the May Long Weekend. We chose to go to Tobermory and check out the Bruce Peninsula, and were in for a surprise over the weekend.
